Can I return my order?

Absolutely! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note the following conditions:

Complete: Ensure your order is complete, with all parts and in the original packaging.
Good Condition: The product must have been treated normally. Damage due to carelessness is not covered.
Hygiene: Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
Defective on Arrival: If the product is already defective upon arrival, you are of course eligible for a return.
Shipping Costs: Please note that we may charge shipping costs.
Processing Time: We process your return within 7 working days. If your return meets the conditions, we will confirm this during this period.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged by the customer.

 

Reporting of Shipment Damages

To ensure a prompt and effective resolution of any issues with your order, it is crucial that any damages or defects occurring during shipment are reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. This allows us to respond swiftly and take the necessary steps to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

If damages or defects are reported after this period, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the return will be accepted, as we are unable to determine whether the damage occurred during shipment or thereafter. Please contact us immediately via [contact method] with a detailed description and, if possible, photos of the damage.




How do I return my order?

Does your order meet the conditions? Then follow these steps:

  • Send an email to: info@misamoda.com
  • In the email, state your order number, the reason for return, and, in case of damage, a photo of the product.
  • Include your name and address.
  • We will contact you and give you the correct return address. Never send anything back without consultation!

The shipping costs for returning are at your expense.


Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the last goods. Our system is fully automated, so once your order is placed, we cannot interrupt the shipment. Cancellation is only possible after receiving the goods.


Shipping in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, which sometimes results in longer transit times. Cancellation during shipment is not possible. Wait until you have received the goods and then return them. Of course, you can inform us about your cancellation in advance.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you revoke the agreement, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs, using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs for this.

All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer's expense.
